Eddie Redmayne enjoys an outing with his wife Hannah Bagshawe after a busy weekend at Broadway!
Eddie Redmayne recently celebrated the official opening of Cabaret Production. He conducted twin opening events on the Saturday and Sunday.
Eddie and his wife Hannah Bagshawe were spotted on an afternoon ‘couple date’ in an East Village neighborhood. Both were spotted enjoying each other’s company on a sunny afternoon, Monday, 22nd April.
Edward John David Redmayne, famously known as Eddie Redmayne, is an English actor. He has received several awards, including an Academy Award, a Tommy Award, a BAFTA Award, and two Oliver Awards. He was also nominated for an Oscar for his role in The Danish Girl (2015). He played leading roles in the films Like Minds (2006), Savage Grace (2007), and The Yellow Handkerchief (2008). From the year 2016 to 2022, Eddie starred in the popular film series The ‘Fantastic Beasts’.
Redmayne has been popularly admired for his fantastic dressing style. Redmayne has also done tremendous work in the modeling industry. He modeled for Burberry in 2008 with Alex Pettyfer and in 2012 with Cara Delevingne. In the year 2016, he starred in the Prada Fall/Winter’16 Men’s Wear advertising campaign.
In the year 2014, on December 15th, Eddie Redmayne and Hannah Bagshawe got married.
Hannah Bagshawe was born in London in October 1982. As per some of the reports, Bagshawe was not Redmayne’s publicist. She has worked as an antique dealer in financial public relations.
Hannah and Eddie met each other through common friends in the year 2000 at a charity fashion show while attending Eton College. The two soon got into a friendship. Later on, in January 2012, both started dating each other. After, Redmayne invited Hannah on a trip to Florence during a shooting break for Les Misérables.
Redmayne and Bagshawe’s love-life
For the couple, it wasn’t exactly like love at first sight. Like so many great relationships, their relationship began as close friends before developing romantic feelings for each other. The couple was each other’s good friends years before falling in love. The couple got engaged in 2014 and happily married surrounded by family and friends at the Babington House, in Babington, England.
About both’s chemistry, Redmayne told Time Out about their meeting. He said, “It’s great that she found me attractive back then and still does.” He added, “It’s also wonderful having a shared history and friends even though we didn’t get together for 15 years.”
The couple welcomed their first daughter, Iris Mary, in June 2016. After on, in March 2018, the couple got blessed with a boy, Luke Richard.
Eddie Redmayne and Hannah Bagshawe are enjoying their married life and are deeply in love with each other. They are currently living in London together with their kids.
